Start as a founding issuer

You have decided, so here is the whole path. Three steps, about an hour for a small school, and a few minutes per teacher per term after that. Nothing here charges you, and nothing here charges your families.

The three steps

  1. Create your organization account. Go to the dashboard and enter your work email. You get a one tap sign in link with no password, and the first screen asks for your organization name and a contact email. That is the whole account. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing.
  2. Open the Records tab and enroll. Inside the dashboard, the Records tab is where you enroll as a founding issuer. You read the terms, tick the box, and you are issuing. The founding year is free through June 30, 2027, and after that it is $49 per learner per year billed to you and never to the family. Founding issuers keep that price for as long as they issue.   3. Import your roster and declare the first course. Paste your roster, one learner per line as name, family email, and grade. You can email every family a claim link in the same step, and each family claims a record they hold and can export. Then declare one course for one learner, add the teacher's email, and that teacher gets a co-sign request they answer from a link with no login. When they sign, the learner has a verifiable record with a named witness on it.

What your learners get out of it

Every learner you enroll ends up holding a record of what you taught them, with the signature of the teacher who taught it attached, verifiable by a college, an employer, or a scholarship program at a public link with no account and no phone call to you. The state filings their family needs are included while you are issuing. If the family leaves your school, or you stop issuing, they keep all of it and can export it in a format any conforming implementation can read. The format is published at eformogi.com/spec.
