Door listing terms
These are the terms your organization accepts when you submit an opportunity for the doors list. They are written in plain language so you can read them in three minutes. Version 2026-10-08.
1. What a listing is and what it costs
A listing puts one real opportunity from your organization, a job, a volunteer role, a program, a scholarship, or a membership, in front of students who keep a verified record of what they do. The fee is $199 a year, flat, per door. It is invoiced after your door clears verification, never before. There is no setup fee and no per-applicant fee. The fee pays for the verification and inclusion work described below.
2. Payment never buys position
The order students see is computed only from what is on the student's own page, their chosen town, and your posting's own stated facts. There is no paid placement, no featured tier, and no way to purchase prominence, now or ever. This is a design law of the product, enforced by an automated test, and it is also a term of your listing.
3. Every door is verified against your own posting
Nothing publishes from the submission form. Before your door appears, we open the public posting you link and take every fact in the listing, the organization name, the ask, any age bounds, from that posting's own words. If your posting does not state a fact, the door does not carry it. We may decline a submission that we cannot verify this way, and nothing is owed for a declined submission.
4. You stand behind the posting
By submitting, you confirm the posting is your organization's own, that it is accurate, that the opportunity is real and currently open, and that it is lawful for the students it names, including any work-permit, age, or supervision requirements that apply to minors in your state.
5. If the opportunity changes or closes
Tell us and we update or retire the door. If a door closes during your listing year, you may replace it with another verified door from your organization at no extra charge. We may retire a door ourselves if its posting no longer matches what we verified or if these terms are broken.
6. A listing never buys access to students
We never send you student lists, student contact information, or applicant data. Students and families who walk through your door deal with your organization directly, through the public posting we verified. A listing is inclusion in a list, not an endorsement by Eformogi and not a pipeline of names.
7. Renewal and cancellation
We send you the renewal notice before a new listing year starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise. You can cancel any time before renewal and the door retires at the end of its paid year.
8. Plain language, then counsel
This page is the plain-language version of the listing terms. A formal agreement drafted by counsel will replace it as the doors grow, and no change will take back something these terms promise in your favor.
