You just signed something a student did. Every student you teach, coach, or supervise can keep the same page: what they did, signed by the adults who saw it. It is free for them, forever, and starting takes about a minute on a phone.

Hand it to them

Say it or text it. Nothing else is needed.

Open eformogi.com/app on your phone, add one thing you did, and ask the adult who saw it to sign it.

Copy the line

They do not need an account to start. When they add an email, the page keeps across their devices. You can open the page yourself to see what they will see.

When they ask you to sign

You get a link, by email or by text. One tap: your name, your role, done. No account, no password, and nothing to upload. Your name and your sentence show on their page next to what they did, and on the transcript or the activities list they make from it.

What you are not asked to do

You do not grade, rank, or vouch for anyone. You confirm what you saw, in your own words. If you would rather not sign, close the page: nothing happens and nobody is told. There is no follow-up: an unanswered request stays unanswered.

If your school or program keeps its own records

Schools, programs, and camps can put the courses, hours, and work they record onto their students' pages, and the students hold them. That door is free for the founding year. Read how a school or program does it.

The page is the student's. Every signature on it is an adult saying what they saw, and every door it opens is built from that.
