New York homeschool quarterly reports.

After the IHIP, homeschooling in New York means four quarterly reports — one on each date your IHIP set, plus an annual assessment filed with the fourth (8 NYCRR §100.10). Each report has to state the hours you taught, what you covered in every required subject, and a grade or narrative for each. This page walks through exactly what goes in one, when it's due, and how the four add up to the year.

Checked against 8 NYCRR §100.10 — requirements on this page last reviewed July 16, 2026. The regulation text is always the source of truth.
